More! More! More!

I like to think of health in terms of abundance. More fun, more pleasure, more adventure, less anxiety, less deprivation, less fear. The more our lives become aligned with our passion, the more we discover the joy in life. As we follow our passion and learn to become balanced in all areas of our lives, we grow exponentionally.

Our lives can become so busy and stressful, it sometimes feels impossible to catch up. We may use sugar or caffeine as a short term fix, but after a while, our bodies pay a price. I help people learn how to reverse this process by creating small, reasonable habits to start with. We add new foods gradually as we discover what our bodies really need. As we start to gain energy, lose weight, and decrease stress, we no longer require stimulants. Gradually, we create an arsenal of 'extreme self-care' techniques that give you the tools to create sustained, vibrant health.
